ESD Basics Training
Teaches all the essential fundamentals of ESD protection in accordance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340-5-1. No previous knowledge required. Participants learn the key ESD standards, the physics of electrostatics, ESD protection measures, and the markings within an ESD Protected Area (EPA) — building a sound, practical understanding of ESD control.
Ideal for: operators, line staff, and anyone entering an EPA.
ESD Specialist Training
A deeper program covering ESD protection in electronics manufacturing to ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340-5-1. Participants master the standards, the physical properties of electrostatics, control measures, and EPA management — gaining the confidence to apply ESD protection rigorously across the production environment.
Ideal for: engineers, technicians, and process owners.
ESD In-Plant Auditor Training
Our most advanced program, equipping participants to audit and sustain an ESD control program. Covers the full standards framework plus the theory of standardized measurements, types of measuring instruments, and — critically — their hands-on practical application during the training. Previous ESD knowledge is advantageous but not required.
